How far in advance should I book my event?
I recommend booking at least 4–6 weeks in advance to secure your date, especially for weekends and peak seasons. However, if your event is sooner, get in touch — I’ll always do my best to fit you in.
How do I book a package?
You can book directly through my website. Simply choose your package, pick your colours and add-ons, and select your date. Once confirmed, I’ll be in touch with all the details.
Can I customise a package?
Yes! All of my packages are flexible. You can swap colours, adjust florals, or add extra styling elements to suit your vision. If you’d like something completely unique, my Build Your Own Package is perfect for you.
Do you handle delivery, setup, and packdown?
Yes — I take care of everything so you don’t have to lift a finger. Delivery, setup, and packdown are all included in my service (delivery fees vary depending on location).
Do you stay during the event?
No — once setup is complete and you’re happy, I leave you to celebrate. For longer events or special requests (like on-site coordination), I do offer additional support services.
Is delivery included in the package price?
Delivery is additional and calculated based on your location. This will be clearly shown at checkout.
Can I choose my own colours and themes?
Absolutely! You can select from my wide range of balloon, arch, and signage colours. If you’re after something extra specific, let me know and I’ll do my best to source it.
Do you offer eco-friendly options?
Yes — I care about sustainability and offer biodegradable balloons and reusable styling pieces wherever possible.
Can I hire items without a styling package?
I have a minimum spend of $400 for hire-only or add-on items. Anything under this amount can be added to a package.
Do you travel outside Brisbane & Gold Coast?
Yes, I do travel for events outside these areas. Additional travel fees apply depending on distance.
What happens if it rains or the weather changes?
I always plan ahead. If your setup is outdoors, I’ll discuss weather-safe options with you in advance and have a backup plan in place.
What if I need to cancel my booking?
Deposits are non-refundable, but if you need to cancel, please let me know as soon as possible. I may be able to reschedule your booking depending on availability.
