At Shazrina Khan Events, we take great care in planning, preparing, and delivering custom event styling and balloon installations. Due to the nature of our services and products, please read our policy carefully before making a booking or purchase.
No Refunds
All bookings and purchases are non-refundable.
We do not offer refunds for:

Change of mind

Cancellation for any reason

Event postponement or rescheduling

Weather conditions
-
Client circumstances
-
Incorrect details provided by the client
Once payment has been made, it is considered final.
Credit Policy
In place of refunds, we may offer a credit at our discretion.

Credits are valid for future services only

Credits must be used within the timeframe specified at issue

Credits are non-transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash

Credits cannot be used to offset deposits already paid
Approval of credit is assessed on a case-by-case basis and is not guaranteed.
Custom & Perishable Items
All balloon arrangements, event styling, florals, signage, and custom items are:

Made to order
-
Time-sensitive and/or perishable
-
Prepared specifically for your event
For this reason, they cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded once production has commenced.
Australian Consumer Law
This policy does not exclude your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
You are entitled to a replacement, repair, or credit where services:

Are not delivered as agreed

Are not provided with due care and skill

Do not meet consumer guarantees required by law
Refunds are not provided for change of mind or circumstances outside our control.
Acceptance of Policy
